You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodi291 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your lodi291 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified lodi291 of unauthorized access without undue delay.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 (or as displayed on the platform).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available business day for bank transfer methods.
• lodi291 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all lodi291 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your lodi291 account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi291 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lodi291 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Use lodi291's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lodi291 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the lodi291 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the lodi291 platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

lodi291's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi291 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit lodi291's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
